Theatre Etiquette & FAQs
Etiquette
We encourage everyone to remain in their seats for the entire performance. If you must leave, please exit during intermission. If it is an emergency, kindly wait for an appropriate break in the performance.
Before attending a performance with children, we encourage you to help children differentiate between live performances and on-screen movie theater viewings and to introduce the story and music compositions they will hear. Please remind children to not talk or ask questions once the performance begins and to not touch or kick the seat in front of them.
Lap-sitting is not allowed, and everyone who enters the theater must have a ticket and occupy their respective seat. Booster seats for children are provided free of charge and can be requested by locating an usher or front-of-house staff. Kindly step outside if your child is creating a disturbance during the performance. Parents may consider selecting an aisle seat in case a quick exit is necessary. Also, please note that there are not refunds, credits or exchanges if you must leave the theater because your child was unhappy or disruptive.
