NBT’s humble beginnings took root in the early 1970’s when a dedicated corps of local professional dancers volunteered their time and talent to promote ballet in Las Vegas.

Now, almost 50 years later, NBT is able to continue to grow because of the true dedication of its beloved volunteers.

NBT has a wide variety of areas where volunteer help is needed. From our professional company performances at The Smith Center to our Academy Open House event to our annual Black & White Ball, volunteers are key to successful special events throughout the year. In addition, volunteers provide invaluable assistance every day of every week in our Administrative and Production offices, providing the critical support staff work which enables a small company like NBT to achieve big things.
